When you work with Balboa Bail Bonds, you will NEVER pay posting fees, processing fees, or mobile service fees. The only fee you will pay is the bail bond Premium, which is typically 10% of the bail amount. It is illegal to charge a Premium greater than 10% of the bail amount in the State of California.
If you or a loved one has been arrested in San Diego County, you may be concerned about the cost of bailing out of jail. The agents at Balboa Bail Bonds can structure a bail financing plan that works for you. Our team is always available to explain bail bond rates and the flexible financing options we can offer to help you or your loved one bail out of jail fast.
"I called Balboa Bail Bonds at 4am after receiving a call from my best friend who got arrested. Josh answered right away and bailed out my friend within one hour. We didn't have any cash to put down, so Josh arranged a payment plan with us. My experience was excellent with Josh at Balboa Bail Bonds and I highly recommend them."
For State Bonds
If the bail amount is $500.00 or less, the Premium charged is $50.00 (the minimum Premium charged). If the bail amount is greater than $500.00 the Premium charged is 10% of the bail amount.
Bail Bond Financing
We realize that bail can be an unexpected and significant expense, which is why we offer flexible financing options to accommodate your financial situation.
Larger bonds may require collateral in the form of real estate to guarantee the face value of the bond. All collateral is returned to clients when the case is over and the bond is exonerated.
Not all bonds require a co-signer. A co-signer is the person who is responsible for the defendant while they are out on bail, assuming financial responsibility for the full bail amount if the defendant fails to appear in court and ensuring payments are made on time.
